We fix what's broken, fast, and we don't disappear after the invoice. Priority scheduling available across Palm Bay and the surrounding zip codes.
No automated menus for emergencies — a real person handles the call.
Ask as many questions as you want; we'd rather over-explain than leave you unsure.
Most repairs are completed same-visit, and we test the system before we leave to confirm it's actually holding.
Leonard HVAC didn't start as a franchise chasing volume. Every technician we send to your door is background-checked, factory-trained, and licensed to work on the systems installed throughout Palm Bay, FL.
We're not the biggest name in Palm Bay — we're the company that tells you what actually needs fixing instead of what pads the ticket. Every job we run is backed by full liability coverage and current state licensing, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, residential or commercial.
Being local matters more than most companies let on. That local knowledge shapes the parts we stock on the truck — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We'd rather lose a job to a lower bid than win one by cutting corners on the diagnosis, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Palm Bay is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
Our office team is based locally too, not routed through an out-of-state call center that's never seen a Palm Bay rooftop unit. We keep parts inventory stocked based on what actually fails most often on Palm Bay's housing stock.
Every service below is backed by the same licensing, warranty, and upfront pricing you get on any job we run.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Palm Bay dispatch team sends the closest available truck first so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
Once a technician is on-site, the goal is always a same-visit repair — most emergency calls in Palm Bay get resolved in a single trip, not a multi-day back-and-forth.
If your unit is past its expected service life, running loud, or spiking your utility bill, a replacement conversation is worth having. We walk Palm Bay homeowners through efficiency ratings and how they translate into real monthly savings before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
Every install ends with a performance test, confirming airflow, temperature split, and refrigerant charge are all where they should be before we consider the job finished.
A retail floor, a restaurant kitchen, or an office suite can't run without stable climate control. Our commercial division services light industrial and warehouse ventilation across Palm Bay, with after-hours work to avoid disrupting business.
Our commercial techs are trained to work around your customers and staff, scheduling noisy or disruptive work outside peak hours whenever possible.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle duct cleaning and sealing to stop conditioned air from leaking into attics and crawlspaces for Palm Bay households that want more than just temperature control.
Maintenance plan members in Palm Bay get scheduling reminders automatically, so tune-ups don't fall through the cracks during a busy season.
We'd rather set clear expectations upfront than make vague promises we can't back up.
Details vary by job type and are always shared upfront, never buried in fine print.
If a competitor's written quote for the same scope of work is genuinely lower, ask us about it.
If anything feels off after we leave, one call gets a tech back to your Palm Bay address.
Catching these signs early usually means a same-day repair instead of an emergency call at the worst possible moment.
Rattling during startup often means a component has worked itself loose and needs tightening before it causes real damage.
Weak airflow from the vents often traces back to a clogged filter, a failing blower motor, or leaking ductwork.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same temperature shows up directly on your utility bill.
Short cycling puts extra wear on the compressor and shortens the system's overall lifespan.
Chemical odors may signal a refrigerant leak, which requires a licensed technician to handle safely.
If you're calling about the same problem every few months, the underlying cause likely hasn't been fully addressed.
You'll know the cost before a wrench touches your system.
Dispatchers give you a realistic arrival window instead of a vague "sometime today".
If something isn't right after we leave, we come back and make it right.
We run background checks because you're letting someone into your home.
You make the final call — we just make sure you have the full picture.
Replacement systems don't have to be paid in one lump sum.
We don't write these — our customers do.
"The furnace stopped working overnight and someone was at our door before 9am. No pressure to buy a whole new system when a repair was all we needed."
"Scheduled a fall tune-up and they caught a cracked part before it became a real problem. Never once felt like I was being upsold on something I didn't need."
"Had a full system replacement done and it was the smoothest home project I've had in years. New system is noticeably quieter and our energy bill actually dropped."
"As a property manager, having a company that actually answers after-hours calls is rare. Now our go-to for every property in the portfolio."
"The estimate matched the final invoice exactly, down to the dollar. Installation crew was in and out in a day and left the space cleaner than they found it."
"The tech walked me through what he was checking as he went, which I really appreciated. Genuinely relieved to have found a crew that answers when it matters."
After thousands of service calls across Palm Bay, a handful of causes show up again and again.
Homeowners who schedule a tune-up ahead of each season tend to call us far less often for emergency repairs. Filters should be checked monthly during heavy-use seasons and replaced roughly every 60-90 days depending on your household and any pets.
Clearing debris, leaves, and overgrown landscaping away from an outdoor condenser unit gives it room to breathe and keeps it running efficiently. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
Our technicians train across the major residential and commercial equipment lines, so you're not limited to a single brand's service network. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
Here's a look at the kind of experience that shows up at your door.
